Tax Return Preparation Services

Expertise. Peace of mind. These are the things that you can expect your tax advisor to provide. We strive to provide quality, up-to-date tax return preparation and advice. We keep abreast of current tax laws throughout the year to minimize your tax liabilities and to maximize your future opportunities.

Preparing your own income tax return can be a task that leaves you with more questions than answers. According to a study released by the US Government's General Accounting Office last year, most taxpayers (77% of 71 million taxpayers) believe they benefited from using a professional tax preparer.

Today's tax laws are so complicated that filing a relatively simple return can be confusing. It is easy to overlook deductions and credits to which you are entitled. Even if you use a computer software program there's no substitute for the assistance of an experienced tax professional.

Whether you are an individual or operate a business, our partners and staff can accomodate your needs for tax planning and tax preparation.

Here's what you get...

  • You will be given a questionnaire and tax organizer to complete and we will ask questions. We will be searching for potential deductions and credits that you may not be aware are available.
  •
  • Your tax return will be checked and rechecked by your tax preparer to identify missing information as well as suggestions for the coming year.

  • You will be given a copy of your tax return for your review. When you are satisfied that the return is complete and representative of the information you have provided, you will be asked to sign an authorization form allowing your preparer to e-file your return.
  •
  • Your tax return will be filed electronically. If you have a refund, you will receive the refund back quicker and you may arrange for deposit directly to your bank account.

  • Our staff will show you how to adjust your payroll withholding to avoid large IRS bills or large refunds. Balances due may result in penalty and interest charges while refunds are actually an interest free loan that you have given to the IRS.
